Pisgah Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoker’s outposts are set up in the parking lot. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in or around any of our buildings, including porches, balconies, and the observation deck. Violations of this policy are subject to a $500 fee per violation.
A deposit of the first night’s room rate, applicable taxes, and fees is due at the time the reservation is made.
Payment for the full stay is due at check in.
There will be a $25 + tax processing fee to change or cancel any reservation prior to 7 days of your arrival date. A change or cancellation with less than 7 days notice will forfeit your deposit.
If a reservation was booked during a special promotion, the terms and conditions of that promotion as stated on our website and/or social media apply.
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. We are not responsible for medical or family emergencies, weather or weather-related conditions.
