Early Checkout Policy
Upon check-in, the guest will be asked to confirm their departure date. If the departure date is changed at least 24 hours prior to the original departure date, and we are able to rent the room, there will be no fee. If we are not able to rent the room, you will be charged a fee of one-half of the room rate. An early checkout within 24 hours of the original departure date will incur a fee of one-half of the room rate.
We do not accept pets.
Pisgah Inn is a non smoking facility. Smoker’s outposts are set up in the parking lot. There is no smoking allowed in or around any of our buildings, including porches and balconies. Violations of this policy are subject to a $250 fee.
From the date you make your reservation until 2 weeks prior to your arrival date if you change or cancel, there is a $15.00 processing fee. From 2 weeks to 72 hours there will be a $25.00 processing fee to change or cancel. A cancellation or change from 72 hours until the time of your arrival will forfeit your deposit which is your first night’s room and tax.
Caution, we do not accept requests for changes or cancellations to existing reservations through E-MAIL. Any changes or cancellations must be done by regular mail or by telephone. You must get and retain a change or cancellation code to ensure proper changes or credits.
