For the Restaurant Crew

As always, I value and ask for your opinion. The vestibule between the kitchen and the dining room is a new thing. It was built to block the view from the dining room directly into the kitchen. When we first starting using it, we were not sure if it was a good idea or not. Also, we wonder if we are using it to it’s full potential. Is it set up right? Is everything where we need it to be? How could we use it better? Is it a problem in any way?
